Fudiesel aligns the sections of a multi-piece boost tube kit with locating features built into each joint, so the assembly lands on the vehicle the same way every time. Each section is formed against a common fixture, and a locating pin, notch or formed step is produced so the parts can only assemble in the correct index and at the correct angle. A shared datum face on the bracket or the first section fixes the starting point, and each following piece is checked against it so the run stays coaxial and the ends point where the couplers expect them. Angle between sections, end position and hose bead alignment are set by the fixture rather than by eye during fitting. Sections are trial assembled together with the approved couplers before release. Fudiesel confirms the joint layout, indexing method and datum against the drawing or the physical sample and states them in the written quotation.
