Fudiesel produces intercooler end tanks with inlet and outlet positions laid out to suit the vehicle rather than a fixed pattern. End tank geometry is agreed from the engine bay layout, because a front mount installation, a top mount and a lifted truck all need the connections to exit in different directions to clear the radiator support, fan shroud, battery tray and headlights. The tank is shaped so it feeds the core evenly and does not create a dead corner where air collects and flow stalls. Connection type, bore and angle are set to match the buyer's pipework, with hose beads and mounting bosses included where they are needed. Tanks are produced in aluminum with cast or fabricated features and are proven in a prototype or first article before batch production. Fudiesel confirms the inlet and outlet layout against the drawing or the supplied sample and writes the agreed detail into the written quotation.
