Fudiesel produces a silicone intercooler hose kit for the Mitsubishi Challenger PB and PC with the 2.5L diesel. The factory hoses on these vehicles live close to the turbocharger and the intercooler outlet, so they see oil mist, heat cycling and boost pressure together, and the original rubber hardens, swells at the clamp and eventually splits. The kit replaces the charge side hoses with multi-ply reinforced silicone that holds its bore under boost instead of ballooning, and each hose is built with a molded bead so the clamp cannot pull off. Bore, wall thickness and bend geometry are matched to the original parts, so the hoses fit the factory pipework and intercooler without modification. Kits are developed from a sample, drawing or 3D scan and can carry a buyer's own branding. Confirm the exact hose count and grade in the written quotation.
