Fudiesel produces silicone intercooler and turbo hoses for European Ford TDCi diesels, matched against original equipment part numbers so a buyer can order by number rather than by description. Coverage includes the Focus Mk2 and C-Max 1.8 TDCi hoses and hose kit, the Focus C-Max and Volvo 1.6 TDCi right-hand hose, the C-Max and Focus Mk2 1.6 TDCi charging air hose, the Mondeo Mk3 2.0 and 2.2 TDCi upper right boost pipe, the Transit 2.0 DI right-hand hose and the Fiesta and Focus Mk1 1.8 TDCi and TDDi turbocharged air hose. Rubber hoses on these engines harden, swell and then split at the clamp, so the replacement is specified in multi-ply silicone with a bore and bead matched to the original fitting. Individual hoses and complete kits are both available.
