Fudiesel produces silicone hoses for the Ford Ranger 3.2L diesel, which is a different engine and a different hose layout from the Ranger Raptor 2.0L Bi-Turbo covered in a separate article. The 3.2L is a single turbocharged five-cylinder, so the charge air follows one path from the turbocharger to the cooler and back to the intake, while the Bi-Turbo engine carries two turbochargers and a split route that no single mold can serve. On the 3.2L the joints that fail first are the turbo outlet and the cooler inlet, where the hose takes both engine movement and heat cycling. Each hose is molded in reinforced silicone with a bead matched to the original tube and a bore that holds shape under boost. The set follows the factory routing, so the original clamps and brackets are reused.
