Fudiesel produces custom silicone hoses in buyer-specified colors with printed branding, because silicone tube production runs on Fupower's own lines rather than being bought in and relabelled. Color is compounded into the wall of the hose instead of being applied as a coating, so it does not flake or fade away from the surface, and logos or part references are printed and cured onto the hose. Specification covers bore size, wall thickness, reinforcement plies, bend geometry and the temperature and pressure the hose must survive, and the hose is matched to the approved sample before a production lot is released. This suits distributors and brands that need a colour and a logo to match an existing engine bay or catalogue, and the same lines supply charge, coolant, heater, intake and vacuum hoses.
