Fudiesel produces a muffler delete pipe for the Ford Falcon FG turbo, a bolt-on section that replaces the rear muffler with a straight-through pipe. Removing a baffled muffler cuts restriction and raises the exhaust note, which is why the part is common on turbo Falcons in Australia, but the result only works if the pipe is shaped correctly. Fudiesel produces the delete with mandrel bends rather than crush bends so the internal diameter stays constant through the curve, and full TIG welds are used on the joints. The pipe reuses the factory hanger positions and flange so it bolts to the original system without cutting or welding on the vehicle. Finish options are agreed before production, and the pipe can be developed from a factory sample or from a drawing supplied by the buyer.
