How does Fudiesel handle a design change after a sample is approved?

Oct 19th,2026 11 Views

Once a sample is approved, Fudiesel treats that sample as the frozen reference for production, and any later change is raised in writing rather than absorbed quietly on the line. The request is first checked for tooling impact: a colour, print or packaging change usually needs no tooling work, while a change to a moulded shape or a bend geometry means the tool is reworked and a new sample is submitted for approval. Parts already produced against the previous revision are identified so the buyer can decide whether they ship, are reworked, or are held. The revised drawing or model becomes the new reference only after written approval, and that revision is the one quoted for the following order. This keeps a running change from becoming a mix of two designs inside one shipment.
