Fudiesel produces a hot side performance intercooler silicone turbo inlet pipe hose for the 2012 to 2013 Holden Colorado 2.8L diesel. The factory hose on this side of the engine works close to the turbocharger and the exhaust, where heat and oil mist attack rubber until it hardens and then splits at the clamp, which is why a reinforced silicone replacement is the usual fix. The hose is built in multiple plies of silicone with a bore and bead matched to the original fitting, so it seals on the standard clamp and holds its shape under boost instead of ballooning. Color, wall thickness and branding can be specified, and the hose is matched to the approved sample before a production lot is released. Both single hoses and complete kits can be supplied.
