Fudiesel manufactures intercoolers, aluminum piping, silicone boots and clamps inside its own facilities, which allows a charge air system to be supplied as a matched assembly rather than as parts from separate suppliers. Matched production removes the most common fitment problem in charge air work, where an intercooler outlet size does not agree with the pipe meant to connect to it. Intercoolers are produced in the Fupower metal fabrication plant, silicone connections in the silicone tube facility, and clamps to suit the hose specification. Each custom assembly is verified by 3D scanning comparison against the approved design before delivery, and production runs are inspected in the same facility that manufactured them.
