Fudiesel produces aluminum intercooler hard pipe upgrades that replace plastic charge pipes. Applications include the Nissan Navara D40 2.5L and the Isuzu D-MAX and MU-X 3.0L, where the original plastic pipe cracks around mounting points under heat cycling and vibration. Aluminum selected by Fudiesel holds shape under boost and eliminates that crack and split failure mode, while reinforced silicone boots and T-bolt clamps are specified at the joints so vibration is absorbed rather than transferred into the pipe. Pipes are formed by mandrel bending, welded with full TIG welds and checked against the original routing before shipment.
