Silicone selected by Fudiesel stays flexible at high temperature and resists coolant, ozone and engine heat better than the rubber it replaces, and hoses are reinforced with fabric layers sized for cooling system pressure with smooth inner walls for unrestricted coolant flow. Kits are developed from samples or 3D scan data, with jigs and fixtures produced to hold geometry across the production run, and a sample is supplied for installation and testing first.
