Fudiesel produces aluminum cold air intake kits with heat shields for diesel and gasoline pickup trucks. Confirmed applications include the 2017 to 2019 Chevy and GMC 2500HD and 3500HD 6.6L Duramax, the 2009 to 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 and Ram 1500 Classic, and the 2015 to 2020 Ford F-150 5.0L Coyote V8. The heat shield separates the filter from hot engine bay air so the intake draws cooler air from outside the bay, which is what makes the airflow gain useful rather than cancelled out at low speed. Aluminum pipes selected by Fudiesel hold their shape and resist heat soak, and each kit retains the factory sensor positions so the original sensors are reused. Intake kits are developed from a sample, drawing or 3D scan.
