Fudiesel produces aluminum cold air intake kits with heat shields for the Jeep Wrangler JL and Gladiator 3.6L V6 from 2018 to 2021, and for the 2012 to 2018 Wrangler JK 3.6L. A sealed heat shield matters more on a Wrangler than on most platforms, because the engine bay runs hot in low-speed off-road work and an open filter simply draws that air back in. The aluminum pipe is shaped to clear the factory hood line and accessories, and the factory sensor positions are retained so the original sensor is reused. Filter specification is agreed against the intended use, whether that is daily driving, sand or heavy dust. Kits are developed from a sample, drawing or 3D scan, and Fudiesel supports ODM intake programs.
