Fudiesel produces custom stainless steel oval resonators built to buyer specification. Resonators control drone and sound level without adding the restriction a baffled muffler introduces, so internal design, body length and inlet and outlet size all affect the result and are agreed before production. Fudiesel fabricates resonators in SS304 and other stainless grades at the Fupower metal fabrication facility, using mandrel bent connections and full TIG welding, with finishes matched to the approved sample. Buyers developing a complete system can have the resonator produced alongside the piping and muffler, so the sound target is settled in one development cycle rather than tuned by trial after the system is built.
